Privacy policy

This policy covers https://mbaworth.com. Much of the MBA market runs on lead forms: a tool asks for your e-mail, your GMAT and your intake, then sells the profile to schools and coaches. This site was built to work without knowing who you are. The publisher is established in France, so the EU General Data Protection Regulation applies to every visitor, wherever you live.

The site sets no cookie and the calculators store nothing on your device.

2. What stays in your browser

Your current salary, the school, the scholarship and the career goal you choose are used by the calculation running in your own browser and are sent nowhere. The "copy share link" button copies the address of the page, nothing more.

3. What is processed

Hosting logs

The host, GitHub, records for each request the IP address, the time, the page and the browser type, to keep the service secure. Legal basis: legitimate interest. Retention follows GitHub's policy.

Anonymous stability monitoring, without cookies

The site loads Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, Dublin) in its cookie-free mode to spot errors, slow pages and clicks that do nothing; visits are not linked to one another and everything typed or shown is masked. Microsoft receives the technical data of each request, IP address included. Legal basis: legitimate interest in a working site (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can object by blocking clarity.ms or by writing to us.

E-mails

If you write to us, we keep your address and message to reply, and delete them three years after the last exchange. Reporting a wrong figure never requires telling us your salary.

4. Nothing sold, nothing shared

We do not sell or share personal information, pass anything to schools, consultants, lenders or recruiters, or build applicant profiles.

5. Recipients and transfers

GitHub, Inc. is in the United States; request data may be processed there under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

6. Your rights

Access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and objection: write to contact@mbaworth.com, we answer within one month. You may also complain to the Commission nationale de l'informatique et des libertés (CNIL) (https://www.cnil.fr) or to the authority of your own country.
