INSEAD charges €109,860 for its 10-month MBA, for the August 2026 and January 2027 intakes, and the fee already includes health insurance, course materials, student council and alumni subscriptions. The school budgets €30,000 for a single student at Fontainebleau over the program, for €139,860, about $156,475. For a person earning $90,000 today, 10 months without pay cost $75,000, and the total reaches $231,475. The classes of December 2024 and July 2025 reported a median base salary of €100,000, which repays that total 7.6 years after graduation; the ten-year net present value is -$9,307. INSEAD's distinction is the consulting pipeline: 50% of graduates joined consulting firms, the second largest share on this site, with the strategy houses at the top of the employer list. Its graduates also scatter widely, with 18% in the Middle East and Africa.
A class of consultants, paid in euros
The employer list reads like a directory of strategy firms: McKinsey & Company, Boston Consulting Group, Bain & Company, Strategy&, Accenture and Kearney. Consulting took 50% of the two classes at a median of €106,100, against €96,000 in finance and €94,600 in technology. On share, salary and ten-year value, our consulting ranking places INSEAD 17 of 38, with the salary converted to dollars at the ECB rate.
The salary is labelled as an annual salary on the school's page rather than explicitly as base pay, and it covers the share of the class that reported full salary information. Signing bonuses had a median of €28,900, which the calculator does not add. 81% of graduates had an offer within three months, with 98% of the class answering the survey.

10 months, two campuses, two intakes
INSEAD admits a class in August and another in January, each finishing 10 months later, and students can move between Fontainebleau and Singapore. The short program is the main lever in the cost: at the reference salary, the $75,000 of lost pay is less than the tuition itself. The Singapore budget is slightly higher than the Fontainebleau one, and a partner adds about a third to living costs according to the school. Students in the December class can take a summer internship, and those who did reported a median of €3,900 a month.

The Middle East share ranks INSEAD first of 7 in our Middle East ranking, and the South American share 4 of 9 for Latin America. For anyone aiming at a job in the United States, the payback above is not the right guide. The INSEAD and HEC comparison and the INSEAD and LBS comparison set its report against those of HEC Paris and LBS.
