The EDHEC Global MBA charges €52,500 in tuition for a 10-month program in Nice, as short as any full-time MBA in our data, about $58,737 at the ECB rate, plus a small application fee. The fee covers accommodation on the global business trips but not flights, and the school states that rent, living costs and books are not included, without giving a budget. It also publishes no graduate salary: the alumni pay quoted on its program page has no cohort or source, so we do not use it. This page therefore shows no total cost for the reference person earning $90,000 and no payback. What we can say is that 10 months away cost that person $75,000 in salary. The class is what sets EDHEC apart: an average age of 32 and 9 years of work experience, as much as any school in our data, and 53% women.

An MBA for people already well into a career

The typical class in our data arrives with about 6 years of experience. EDHEC's Class of 2026 averages 9, tied for the highest figure in our data. That changes the economics. Someone 9 years into a career is likely to earn more than the $90,000 we use as a reference, so the salary given up during the 10 months is larger, and the short format matters more than it would for a younger candidate. Type your own salary in the calculator above to see that cost.

The class is small, 62 students from 25 nationalities, so a handful of graduates move any share in the employment figures.

Sales and marketing roles, and a healthcare tilt

48% of the class of 2025 took marketing and sales jobs, the largest share in that function of any school in our data, ahead of consulting at 21%. By sector, healthcare led with 17%, and finance, consulting, technology and energy took about the same share each. Named employers run from aerospace and food to strategy consulting. 84% of graduates were employed within three months.

67% of graduates took jobs in Europe, number 7 of 16 in our Europe ranking, and 21% in Asia. The report also says that most graduates changed function after the MBA and that a majority work outside their home country.

What you need to add before the numbers mean anything

Two lines are missing for a full cost: a living budget for 10 months on the Côte d'Azur, which the school leaves to you, and the flights to the business trips. For the return side, the school's report gives shares but no salary. Before applying, ask EDHEC for the median base salary of the last class and the share of graduates who reported it. EDHEC also offers merit scholarships for self-funded candidates, one per student, as a percentage of tuition. INSEAD and HEC Paris are the closest French comparisons that publish a salary; the one-year MBA ranking lists short programs with complete data.

A model, not a promise: salaries are what a past class reported to its school, costs are the school’s published fees and budget, and growth, discount rate and the salary you give up are assumptions you can change. Scholarships, taxes, visas and your own offer move the result. Every figure is an estimate, not financial advice, and it does not replace the school’s own admissions and financial aid offices.
